1. Delivery Timeline
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Delivery time varies based on location and product availability, but most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

2. Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: Free on orders above ₹499.

• Orders below ₹499: A nominal shipping fee may apply, which will be displayed at checkout.

• Express Delivery : Charges vary based on location and product type.

3. Serviceable Locations
We deliver to most pin codes across India. You can check delivery availability by entering your pin code on the product page or at checkout.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID and link will be shared via email and SMS. You can also track your order in the My Orders section of your Eazzyshop.in account.

5. Delayed or Failed Deliveries
In case of any delay, our team will notify you proactively. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances. If a delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, our team will attempt re-delivery or initiate cancellation as per policy.

6. Multiple Shipments
In some cases, items in a single order may be shipped separately due to warehouse locations or product availability. You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment.

7. International Shipping
Currently, Eazzyshop.in does not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India.
