DMCA Policy

Effective Date: 01-JUl-2025

Eazzyshop (“we”, “us”, or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). This policy outlines how copyright owners may submit a claim and how Eazzyshop responds to such notices.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on this site, you may submit a DMCA notice to our Designated Agent. To be effective, the notification must include the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest;

  • A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;

  • A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the website (including URLs or specific page links);

  • Your address, telephone number, and email address;

  • A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;

  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

Please send the notification to our Designated Copyright Agent:

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed (or access was disabled) by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must contain:

  • Your physical or electronic signature;

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled;

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;

  • Your name, address, and telephone number;

  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or in the jurisdiction where the service provider is located if outside the U.S.) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of that person.

3. Repeat Infringers

Eazzyshop reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers under appropriate circumstances.

4. Modifications

Eazzyshop reserves the right to modify or update this DMCA Policy at any time, without prior notice. We encourage users to review this page periodically for any changes.
