At Eazzyshop.in, we strive to ensure your
satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your
order, we’re here to help with easy returns and refunds, subject to the terms
below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange under the following
conditions:
- Return
request is raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The
product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
with tags intact.
- Items
must be in resalable condition, with all accessories/manuals
included.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return, including:
- Perishable
goods (e.g. food, flowers)
- Personal
care items (e.g. cosmetics, grooming products)
- Innerwear,
lingerie, socks
- Customized
or personalized products
- Items
marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Login
to your Eazzyshop.in account and go to My Orders.
- Select
the order/item you want to return.
- Click
on Request Return and provide the reason and any supporting images
(if applicable).
- Our
support team will review your request and schedule a pickup
(wherever serviceable) or provide a return address.
Note: In case a reverse pickup is not available in
your area, you may need to self-ship the item using a trusted courier. Keep the
receipt for reimbursement.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed as follows:
- Once
your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email/SMS.
- Approved
refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7
business days.
- For Cash
on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer
or store credit, as preferred by the customer.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only available for:
- Wrong
item delivered
- Size
issues (if the product is available in another size)
- Damaged
or defective items (with proof provided within 24–48 hours of delivery)
To request an exchange, follow the same return request
process and select “Exchange.”
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Report
the issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@eazzyshop.in
with your order ID and images of the product.
- We
will arrange for a replacement or initiate a refund, based on
availability.
6. Cancellations
- Orders
can be cancelled before they are shipped by going to “My Orders”
and clicking “Cancel.”
- If
already shipped, the order must be returned after delivery.
